We will identify and make improvements equivalent to or more than 10% of your bottom line. If this is not achieved we will refund the difference between 10% and the percentage we deliver over a year, up to the value of our fees over the year.
If however we identify improvements to or more than 10% of your bottom line, and you prevent us helping you make the improvements, our Guarantee is not valid for obvious reasons.

How much do we charge for our services?
The Business Health Check and the written Business Health Check Report are free. They typically take 1-2 hours of your time, and you receive a written report at the end of the process.
If you choose to engage us after the Health Check to help you improve your business, the cost of our services will vary depending on the size and complexity of your business, and how much work needs to be done.
In most cases we will suggest that we charge you a fixed monthly fee. This provides you comfort around cost, and also lets you and the Consultant focus on improving your business, not monthly billings.
As a general rule the investment you make is returned many times over in the first few months of us working together. We will give you 110% of your money back if we don’t cover our fees in the value we add. Investing in a business improvement consultant is an investment in your business and yourself. We don’t see it as a cost. While we are making your business more profitable and more valuable, we also take the time to teach you the Science of Success, and the Mindset required to apply it. By understanding the Science of the Success that we achieve together as it happens, you are able to use what you learn from us for the rest of your life.
How quickly will I see results?
Very quickly, certainly within the first 90 days. It is worth stating though that a Business Improvement Consultant is only effective if you are committed to learning and implementing change, and are open to being helped and taught how to improve your business and apply the Science of Success. If you have been in business for a while you will know that “quick fixes” don’t work and meaningful improvement takes time. It normally takes 12 months to effect significant change. You will however see small improvements in your business each month which add up to significant overall improvement.

Can you start immediately?
Yes. In most instances we can parachute into your business and start providing our services straight away.
Do you offer other accounting services in addition to CFO services?
Yes. We can provide a CFO and any supporting accounts staff you require. This can be onsite, remotely or a combination of both, depending on your needs and budget.
Do you provide tax advice and other taxation services?
No. CFO Advisory is not a tax advisor, however tax matters can be covered in the capacity as CFO. Where tax matters are complex an external tax advisor is required, we will let you know and obtain external advice with your permission.
How do your services compare to employing a full time CFO?
Our Virtual and Interim CFO fees will always be tailored so that our costs are significantly below what a full time CFO would cost. You get the benefits of a CFO for the exact period and ongoing level of service without paying full price. And you can increase or decrease the level or service as your needs change.
How do the legal arrangements work?
We will set out our agreement with you in an engagement letter, as agreed between us. Details covered will include services provided, our fees, and other details such as confidentiality, liability and public liability insurance. We will never incur costs in excess of agreed fees without obtaining your approval.
How do we bill for our services?
We tailor our fees to best suit our customer’s needs. This could be an hourly or daily fee, or an agreed monthly fee for services over a defined period. We are flexible and work with you to customise a solution that works best for you.
What is the minimum fee you charge or the minimum size business that you work with?
We find that our services are most valued by companies with turnover of $1m or greater, however this may be different for start up companies that expect to grow to $1m or more very quickly.
